A: Yes. A Party can be associated with multiple Agreements, provided that each Agreement utilizes a distinct Project, or no Project (as having multiple Agreements with the same Project would result in a conflict for the source of rights).
A photographer is hired for a photo shoot (#BB111) and she licenses US print rights for the resulting photos on a specific Agreement (#AG1). She is hired for another photo shoot (#AD222) and the rights granted are for print and digital worldwide and these are specified on a separate Agreement (#AG2). In this example, Agreement #AG2 does not have to utilize a project, but if it does, Agreement #AG2 cannot utilize photo shoot #BB111 since it has already been used on an Agreement for this Party.
